Site Manager – London

Due to an increase within their London Underground sector, our client, a family owned Contractor are seeking the services of a Site Manager to work on projects that include Fit Out of Stations, Waiting Rooms, Shops etc.

Based from site, you will be responsible for overseeing contractors and labour on site, issuing Task Briefs, Ordering Materials and undertaking walk rounds with the client.

To be considered you will hold ICI LU, SMSTS and CSCS certification and MUST have experience in Fit Out works and ideally within the LU sector.

In return, a top day rate is on offer along with an ongoing contract which could span over a year!!
