My client is a global advisory firm seeking a proven technical expert witness to act as the named Expert on major UK and international disputes, leading the continued growth of their established, and successful Technical Expert Services division.
- Act as the independent Expert on complex, high-value cases. Author CPR/PD35 and tribunal-compliant reports
- Lead evidence preparation with a dedicated forensic support team
- Work across defects, negligence, Building Regs/CDM, D&B/EPC contracts
- Join a thriving practice with in-house marketing, BD, and technical resources
- Leadership role with real influence, backed by a respected global advisory business
A substantial package is on offer, with performance-related rewards and future equity opportunities.
You will already be a recognised technical expert witness with cross-examination experience. Likely background as a chartered architect or engineer (civil, structural, MEP or similar). This is not a role for delay or quantum specialists.
