I am currently working on behalf of a well-established Main Contractor who specialise in Cut and Carve, Cat A, Cat B and Refurb projects in the London Area who are searching for an experienced Techncial Services Manager to oversee 2-3 projects ranging from circa £5 – 20mill in total value working downstream with M&E Contractors, reporting back to the Project team, Consultants and Clients .

If you have experience working on Fit Out and Refurb projects in excess of £20mill managing Mechanical & Electrical packages and have a strong understanding of both M&E Packages and would be interested in discussing this role further, please contact me on 07836 291 662
