Due to the recent award of station upgrades in Central London, our client, a medium sized family owned Contractor are seeking to secure the services of 2 Site Managers to support the works that include Fit Out of Waiting Rooms and Ticket Halls, Shop Fit Out and associated MEP works.

Based from one of 3 sites around the Liverpool Street area you will be responsible for assisting with the creation of WPPs and RAMs, Overseeing Contractors on site, Health & Safety, Updating the Programme and attending regular progress meetings.

To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of an HNC in either Civil Engineering or Construction and hold SMSTS and First Aid. You will have 2-5 years experience and be looking to progress your career. Station experience is ideal however this is not in a Live Rail environment, it is street side so PTS is not required.

In return, you will be rewarded with a solid day rate which is paid OUTSIDE IR35 and this comes with a contract that could span well over a year!
