Senior Quantity Surveyor

Required by contracting arm of land owner / developer to assist in the construction of major D&B building works in London. With a current group project portfolio of £16bn they are about to embark on 10 keys projects within the M25 which range from £150m – £800m in value covering commercial, retail, hotel and residential.

Due to continued success they are looking to bolster their commercial team with the appointment with well trained (top 10 main contractor) and educated ( BSc Hons ) with proven expertise of Design & Build construction projects either as number 1 or 2 on site valued between £10m -£20m in value for top 10 building contractors.

The next 10 years look extremely exciting and they are looking for the next generation of commercial leads to grow and develop with the business.
