A freelance Quantity Surveyor is required for a long term contract to work on a large Super Prime Residential project close to Swindon – project value is over £50m.

Quantity Surveyors seeking to apply will ideally have some Listed building experience and have over 5 years on Site Main Contracting experience.

This is a Site based role 5 days a week managing Procurement and Trade Contractor accounts.

Outside IR35 Limited company working available.
