One of my top clients, a regional Civil Engineering and Utilities Contractor are seeking to secure the services of a Quantity Surveyor for their Water Contracts in the Kent region. Works include Water Treatment Upgrades, Pumping Stations and Pipeline Re-Instatements.
Day to day duties will involve Management of Sub Contractor Accounts, Payments, Cost Reporting and Variations along with attending regular Commercial meetings. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of an HNC in Quantity Surveying and have either Water, Utilities or Civil Engineering experience spanning a minimum of 3 years and with reputable Main Contractors.
