A Freelance Quantity Surveyor is required for a £12m CAT B Refurbishment close to Covent Garden , the role is working for a Main Contractor who specialise in Refurbishment projects. The role will be forming a team of 3 Site based Surveyors on the project.
Quantity Surveyors seeking to apply must have 2 stage experience and ideally refurbishment CAT B projects exposure.
