Required by fast paced , boutique and high-end residential contractor to lead and delivery the new build construction of 5no circa 3,000ft2 executive residential dwellings and refurbishment of no 1 existing residential dwelling in the heart of St Albans  – £5m

Our client holds an immediate permanent opportunity for an ambitious and talented Quantity Surveyor who can demonstrate a super prime residential pedigree ( Newbuild , Refurbishment , Fit Out) and portfolio of similar projects.

Solution is looking to identify a diligent , polished, and driven surveyor from main contracting background who is looking to grow and develop within a highly respected and modern business.

They are looking for you to demonstrate loyalty and success throughout your career backed by a Bsc(hons ) qualification. This role will suit those looking for a wider remit and more hands-on responsibility.
