Due to the recent award of a Civils contract on a development project, our client, a family owned Contractor are seeking the services of a Project Manager to oversee these works from start to completion. Project is valued at circa £3m and includes paving, drainage, roads and landscaping.
Daily duties will involve overseeing a Site Manager and Engineers along with liaison with the Planning and Commercial Team to ensure the project is run to time and budget.
To be considered, you will have a minimum of an HNC in Civil Engineering and hold SMSTS and CSCS certification. You will also need to have past experience in Project Management on Infrastructure projects gained within the Main Contracting environment.
In return, a top day rate is on offer which is Outside IR35 and comes with an immediate start and a 1 year contract!
