Project Manager ( Fit Out / Client Side )

Polished and diligent fit out Project Manager is urgently required by this leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management to front client and run floors of a £200m fit out on half of an international financial institution in the city of London.

This position is responsible for the tactical and operational management of the client’s critical environment infrastructure and practical delivery of best-in-class operational standards resulting in an excellent engineering service provision across the UK portfolio.

Our client is looking for secure services of main contracting fit out Project Manager with strong Mechanical & Electrical understanding or background.

Interested candidates will hold a minimum of 5 years post qualification ( construction ) experience demonstrating an impressive portfolio of highly serviced buildings within either commercial , banking or data centres across either traditional Trad , Construction Management, or D&B forms of contract.
