I am currently working with a family owned construction and refurbishment contractor operating successfully throughout South-East England for over 40 years.
They offer an excellent support for personal & professional development and is a long-established company with an excellent track record for delivery of projects and staff retention.
They’re currently in the market for a Package / Quantity Surveyor to work on a large framework project in Hackney.
The roles will be focused on the negotiation of prices, production of order documents, remeasurement and management of subcontractor accounts and the corresponding items with the client team. It will also involve assisting the senior QS with main contract valuations and reporting as well as other related tasks. currently looking to recruit an experienced.
