Solution Recruitment are currently assisting a busy M&E Contractor that are in search of an immediately available Mechanical Project Manager with fit out experience.

BMS, Ductwork, Pipe fitting, plumbing expereince is preferred.

The role:

  • Pre-tender meetings
  • You will manage the site schedule of work and site teams.
  • Manage sub contractors.
  • Value engineering and scoping work.
  • Maintain relationships between client, subcontractors and partners.
  • Estimations and variations as required
  • Procurement

Project Manager – £60K – £65k

All dependent on experience.
