A freelance Construction Manager is required for a long term contract to work on a large Super Prime Residential project close to Swindon – project value is over £50m.

Construction Managers seeking to apply will ideally have some Listed building experience and have over 5 years on Site Main Contracting experience / developer or Main Contracting.. 

Construction Managers who have worked on One of Super Prime houses are also encouraged to apply. 

This is a Site based role 5 days a week. 

Outside IR35 Limited company working available.
