Construction Director

Solution is working closely with a highly respected and forward thinking medium sized main contractor in heart of Hertfordshire who are looking to secure the services of an experienced Construction Director to take the reigns of construction operations for this £50m turn over business.

Our client is a family owned with over 80% of business coming from referral and repeat business. Typical sectors covered include Commercial , Retail , Healthcare , Industrial , Residential , MOD , and  Leisure whilst being on a variety of Framework and Alliances.

Projects undertaken consist of Newbuild , Refurbishment and Fit out up to £10m in value.

Reporting into the MD you will have experience of experience in a similar role and in a similar sized business overseeing all the contracts managers and their projects. Managing resourcing of projects. Have close liaison with the commercial team. Work in the senior management team of Managing Director, Finance Director, Pre-Con Director, Framework Director and the other Contracts Director (who currently heads up two large projects at a time.

This business is a fantastic position with turnover secured for 2023. They are seeking a proven individual from a building background with the ambition and drive to take this fast-moving business to the next level.
