Taylar started her journey in recruitment working across the Public Relations sector, she then moved into the construction space working in new build residential. Having found a passion for the fast-paced construction environment, she then moved over to Solution to join the recently formed Trades and Labour sector.
Using her previous skill sets, she found an instant match in recruiting blue collar workers.
In her free time, she’ll be out in town having a large glass of wine with her friends or booking a holiday wherevers hottest. She has a love for the darts and ‘boasting’ about how her family are firm Millwall supporters.
