From 1998 Steve worked for a major bank as running a team in the international banking division.
Since 2014 he has worked within the Construction industry, concentrating on the finance operations of recruitment businesses.
Steve is now responsible for all the Finance and compliance processes at Solution.
In his spare time, you see Mr Beasely acting as a taxi driver for his three children throughout Royston.
