Simon started his career in recruitment back in 2001 and focused on the blue collar trades and labour sector, having little understanding of the sector to start with but striking up relationships with clients helped to springboard his career, He is a great addition to the Solution Recruitment Team.
Having moved from a consultant into managing teams, he quickly found out that spinning plates was definitely a task to be mastered.
Over the years he has covered most sectors ranging from fit out to tunneling and rail environments and been involved with some high profile projects from the Olympics 2012, Lee Tunnel project, Thames Tideway, Crossrail, HS2.
All throughout his career from a consultant into management the ethos of hard work, communication and reputation has allowed him to progress and lead teams to becoming successful recruiters.
His weekends are easier now as his two teenage daughters are able to drive themselves around and you will find him on a golf course or supporting his childhood football team Westham united.
