Scarlett began her career in hospitality where she developed strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for working with people. Through this experience, she built valuable transferable skills such as communication, relationship building and problem solving, which naturally led her into a career in recruitment.
After studying Business in college, Scarlett was keen to apply her skills in a people-focused environment. Recruitment allows Scarlett to combine her business knowledge with her customer service background to help connect the right people with the right opportunities.
Scarlett is passionate about building strong relationships with both clients and candidates and providing a supportive, professional service throughout the recruitment process.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find Scarlett spending time with friends – whether that’s heading to a Pilates class or catching up at the pub.
