Mason has over seven years of experience in permanent recruitment. He began his career specialising in global technology recruitment, supporting companies across Asia, and has since transitioned into construction recruitment across London. Today, Mason focuses on permanent opportunities within Solution Search’s Civil & Infrastructure division, working with clients and candidates nationwide and connecting skilled professionals with leading contractors and consultancies across the sector.
Mason enjoys building strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Taking the time to understand their goals, challenges, and what they are truly looking for enables him to work more effectively and deliver the right solutions for everyone involved. Mason takes pride in providing an honest, consultative approach and helping people make informed career and hiring decisions.
Outside of work, Mason enjoys spending time with his two young sons and watching football.
