Our client, a family owned Civil Engineering and Rail Contractor are looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee Commercial activities within their Labour supply division working on projects that include HS2, Roads, Rail and other Civil Engineering schemes.
Based from their offices in Ruislip daily duties will include cost reporting, allocating payments, Variations and attending Commercial Meetings with Tier 1 Clients and Stakeholders.

Site Agent
Our client, a top 10 UK Main Contractor has the need for a Site Agent to support a major Utility Utility diversion project on their HS2 works at Old Oak Common in West London.
Based from site, daily duties will include preparation of RAMs, Task Briefs etc, Sub Contractor Management, Material and Plant Ordering, Health & Safety and attending regular progress meetings.
To be considered for these roles, you MUST have a minimum of an HNC in Civil Engineering and have SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS as a minimum. You MUST also have experience in major Utility works gained within the Main Contracting environment. HS2 exposure also preferred but not essential.

Quantity Surveyor
Due to an increase in workload within their Rail and LU sectors, our client, a highly reputable Contractor within the Rail and LU sectors are seeking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor on a permanent basis.
The role will involve overseeing 2 large contracts that they have secured which include Depot Construction and Station Upgrade works with daily duties including Procurement of Sub Contractors, Managing Sub Contractor Accounts, Cost Reporting and Forecasting and Variations amongst other duties.
To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of an HNC in Quantity Surveying and have circa 5-7 years in the Rail or LU sector.
