SUPERVISOR
Our client, a major UK Contractor have the need for a Site Supervisor to join their Highways Term Maintenance division in Luton to specifically Supervise works on 2 projects, one being a park and ride upgrade and one the construction of a play area, both valued at circa £2m each.
Works will include Paving, Drainage, Surfacing, Landscaping and other Civils works with daily duties including overseeing labour and contractors on each site, health & safety, issuing task briefs, daily reporting etc.
To be considered you will have SSSTS, CSCS and ideally First Aid certification to your name and will have worked within the Civil Engineering sector and ideally on Road and Civils projects.

SITE MANAGER
Due to an increase in workload within their Term Maintenance Framework and the award of 2 new projects, our client, a top 10 Contractor have the need for a Site Manager to oversee 2 projects valued at £2m each which are a park and ride upgrade and construction of a large play area.
Works will include Paving, Drainage, surfacing, landscaping and other Civils works with daily duties including preparation of RAMs, Overseeing Contractors on site, Material Ordering, Health & Safety and Progress reporting.
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have a minimum of an HNC in Civil Engineering and hold SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS certification to your name. You will also have solid Civils experience and ideally Maintenance experience to your name gained with reputable Contractors.
