David began his recruitment journey in 2000 and quickly established himself within the construction sector. Over the years, he has developed a deep understanding of freelance white-collar recruitment, working with some of the UK’s leading contractors and placing professionals on landmark projects such as Wembley Stadium, The Gherkin, Westfield Stratford, and the 2012 Olympic Games.

His experience spans projects of all sizes – from fast-track fit-outs to major commercial developments exceeding £100 million, giving him a rare breadth of industry insight and credibility.

15 years of leadership at Solution

David joined Solution in 2011 after being approached to manage the freelance building operation. Since then, he has played a pivotal role in strengthening the company’s position as a trusted specialist in construction recruitment across the UK.

Now Associate Director – Construction, David has spent the past 15 years building and nurturing long-standing relationships with both clients and candidates. His ability to reconnect and grow networks across all core construction sectors has been fundamental to the continued success of Solution Search.

Outside of work, David is a dedicated family man and a passionate football supporter, regularly attending matches at White Hart Lane. He also gives back to the community by managing grassroots football at youth level, sharing his enthusiasm and knowledge of the game with the next generation.
