Mason enjoys building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, taking the time to understand their goals, challenges, and what they’re really looking for allowing him to work more effectively and helping to find the right solution for everyone involved.
Outside of work, Mason enjoys spending time with his two young sons and watching football.
