Solution are working exclusively with award winning Tier 1 contracting group responsible for a wealth of land mark projects which occupy the capitals skyline.
Owing to market success they are looking to appoint a highly polished and diligent Design Managers to lead all coordination activities on major newbuild commercial office projects between £50m – £150m in value.
Our client is looking to speak with Design Managers from main contracting (Building) backgrounds with detailed experience of managing range large scale Building / D&B projects including office developments of the same magnitude with leading Tier 1 Main Contractors.
Applications are welcomed from those with a minimum of 5 years post-graduation site based experience.
