I am currently working with a well-established Principal Contractor who specialise in Cat A and Cat B Fit Out and Refurbishment projects varying from £5- 40Mill within the Commercial Office, Leisure and High End Resi sectors, who are searching for an experienced Technical or Building Services Manager to oversee M&E Packages on their projects in the Cambridge area.

If you are an experience Technical Services Manager working for a Principal Contractor  with a full understanding of both Mechanical and Electrical Packages within Fit Out and Refurb Projects and would be interested in discussing this further please contact me on the details attached

Must have’s

  • Fit Out experience.
  • Full understanding of M&E Packages.
  • UK project experience.
  • Authorisation to work in the UK.

Basic Salary to £90k plus package.
