A freelance Quantity Surveyor is required to work on a Grade 1 listed refurbishment in Surrey – the project is circa £30m – the role is working for a Main Contractor.
Quantity Surveyors seeking to apply will ideally have circa 10 years Main Contractor experience – restoration experience would also be very advantageous.
Long term role available.
Limited company – outside IR35 working available.
