Simon Haupt started his construction recruitment path in 1998 after apparently failing to take up a professional football career.
Throughout the years Simon has established a first-class reputation for a wealth of successful assignments and industry knowledge, thus becoming a seasoned pro.
After serving his apprenticeship with Henry Recruitment, he joined the Solution revolution in 2006 as a Founding Director and is responsible for the management and direction of the Construction and Professional Consultancy Divisions.

2006 to Present
In 2006 I was part of the creation of Solution and joined as Founding Director with a focus to establish the brand throughout the construction and professional practice arenas.
I established approved supply status with many leading contractors, project management consultancies, end users and property developers whilst continuing all long term relationships which I had developed over the previous 8 years.
This desk concentrated on permanent and contract placements whilst offering clients a broad range of recruitment solutions including training and development programmes, contingency and retained search.
During this time I have been responsible for the business sales and the recruitment of consultants into Solution.
Henry Recruitment Ltd – Construction Divisional Manager
1998 to 2006
Originally joined Henry Recruitment to run the permanent construction division, responsible for the placement of white collar professionals into major blue chip contractors, building consultancies and specialist organisations.
I successfully developed and maintained long term relationships with many leading industry organisations.
During this time I established myself as an industry name and the No 1 permanent sales consultant within Henry Recruitment Ltd.
Apart from day to day responsibilities, which included ongoing adherence to recruitment law and eligibility to work in the UK (checking of passports / visa’s / qualifications), I proved beneficial and successful in managing the development of many consultants across the business offering one-on-one sales training, advice and direction.
As a senior member of the sales team, I was invited to join the company’s management team taking up a wider role and in relation to the growth and development of the organisation.
