Dave Roberts commenced his recruitment career in 2000 and he has not looked back since.

Since this time he has been placing a wide range of freelance White Collar Construction professionals with all the major players in the construction industry on major schemes such as Wembley Stadium, The New Tottenham Stadium, The Gherkin, 125 Bishopsgate, Westfield Stratford , 2012 Olympic Games and alongside this also  various Fit out Schemes in the City of London Ranging from Small fast track Cat A / B projects starting at £100k in value all the way up to £100m + on major Commercial land mark fit out projects like JP Morgan.

Due to his down to earth and genuine approach Dave has built an excellent network of both clients & candidates who continue to use his professional, reliable service establishing himself as a recognised and proven freelance recruiter.

At the weekends Dave will be playing the Family guy or failing this will be found at White Hart lane watching the Might Spurs. Every Saturday and Sunday morning David can be found managing  at Grassroots Football at U8’s level , passing on his passion and knowledge of Football to the younger generations.

2011 to Present

In 2011 I was directly approached by the Directors of Solution to manage the freelance building operation.

Re-established all professional relationships with both white collar candidates and clients covering all core sectors.

Clients consist of major high profile building contractors to specialist main contractors throughout the UK.

HCL Healthcare – Senior Consultant

2009 to 2010

Due to the global and market recession within the construction arena I undertook the opportunity to diversify recruitment experience with one of the UKs leading Healthcare agencies.

Responsible for running a Radiography desk placing various Locums throughout the UK on a freelance basis. Operating within a team of 3 consultants.

Henry Recruitment – Trainee / Consultant / Divisional Manager

2000 to 2008

Joined as trainee consultant within the Building & Construction division working alongside a Senior Consultant.

Initial training took place over a 4 month period which included familiarisation with the industry and associated sectors, candidate and client management, how to generate candidates through advertising and marketing, the recruitment process and negotiation of rates and terms of business.

Following training period I was given a select number of clients to service on a freelance basis.

After 2 years service I was given total control of the freelance Construction Desk as a Senior Consultant. And then in 2007 I become Divisional l Manager for the building team.

During my time at Henry recruitment I managed in the last 3 years to become the company’s biggest biller for 2006 / 2007 & 2008 and my 2007 figures were there highest ever yearly sales figures to date for the company.
