With a recruitment career spanning over 15 years, Chris Murphy has a no nonsense, direct and honest approach. Chris has a passion for 'training and development' and was solely responsible for Solution's IIP Accreditation, as well as looking after all the office systems.
Outside of work dedication, Chris is a family man. He is married with 3 children and has a keen interest in his home and garden. A round of golf and socialising with friends is high on his personal agenda.
Phil Leggatt fell into recruitment in 1999 after finally giving up on his flagging professional football career.
Lego is a Founding Director of Solution and heads up the Building Services Contracting arm of the business where he has built an enviable reputation with both clients and candidates. Phil has had just two employers throughout his career to date, demonstrating his upstanding integrity and loyalty within Building Services.
Simon Jeffries commenced his career in recruitment with Central London based construction recruitment agency Malla in 1990.
During his twenty three years in recruitment, he has survived two recessions and has only ever worked for three recruitment agencies. He has operated on a number of desks which has given him a wealth of experience across all sectors of the built environment.
Simon Lee has been working in Recruitment since 2000. He joined Solution at the start of 2013 to work alongside Chris Murphy on the Building Services Consultancy department working mainly on permanent placements within this sector.
He brings with him a wealth of knowledge across several Engineering industries which include Mechanical, Electrical, Fire & Electronic Security Systems.
Tony brings eight years of recruiting experience with him to Solution and an in depth knowledge of the Architectural market.
Having worked in retail planning at the break of the millennium, Tony saw first hand the work of architects and interior designers. Deciding to tackle the world of recruitment, he joined Eden Brown in late 2003 and spent the following years recruiting for a number of sectors but eventually specialising in London's Architectural market.
Dave Roberts commenced his recruitment career in 2000 and he has not looked back since.
Since this time he has been placing a wide range of freelance construction professionals with all the major players in the construction industry on schemes such as Wembley Stadium, The Gherkin, 125 Bishopsgate, Westfield Stratford and more recently a number of 2012 Olympic Games related projects.
Sal comes from a mechanical background, backed up with 10 years’ sales experience.
With a keen interest in construction (currently developing his own property), you will either find him getting his hands dirty or taking part in various sports including golf, cricket, football or on the slopes in France snowboarding.
Lewis Powell started his recruitment career in 2014, joining forces with Jason Bailey on the Interior Design side of the business. He is now responsible for all consulting within the Hospitality, Retail, F&B and Commercial sectors.
Lewis’s polite and professional approach goes down well with clients and candidates alike and he has built up strong relationships with a number of the best design studios in London.
Alex Keenan or ‘Big Al’ as he’s known by his colleagues at Solution, started his career in recruitment here in December 2013. Alex joined forces with Simon Haupt on the Construction division working closely with him as a Resourcer. The stabilisers are off and ‘Big Al’ now heads up Residential and House Building on the permanent side.
Alex’s professional attitude and tougher style of working ensures that strong relationships are built with both clients and candidates.
Harry comes from a mechanical background where he spent 3 years taking part in a Mechanical Engineering Apprenticeship where he gained his Level 3 NVQ and was qualified to high level in Welding.
You will find Harry either watching the mighty Arsenal or trying his absolute hardest to make it in the music industry or failing this, making excuses for why he isn’t training for the London Marathon.
Following graduation from University with a degree in Earth Sciences in the summer of 2014, Louis Herinckx joined Solution Recruitment to work alongside Simon Haupt dealing with permanent staffing within the Construction sector. Louis has since moved away from mainstream construction to run a standalone desk focusing on Fit-Out.
Louis’ thorough and methodical approach to recruitment has seen him quickly build up an intricate knowledge of the Fit-Out market. This has allowed him to build strong relationships with many prestigious Fit-Out contractors, while being able to offer each candidate a tailored job search service.
Adam joined Solution in late 2014 following the conclusion of his Marketing degree at Coventry University, coming on board to set up and establish the new 3D Visualisation and Graphic Design division. His methodical and personable approach has helped him build strong relationships with existing Solution clients as well as brand new clients.
When not in the office, Adam can be found cycling around Hackney on the hunt for bargain vinyl’s, or watching his beloved Arsenal.
Dave has been working in recruitment since 2003 where he has been purely focusing on the recruitment of freelance and permanent staff within the Civil Engineering and Rail sectors. During his time in the industry, Dave has successfully recruited personnel on major projects including The East London Line, Blackfriars Station, The M25 Widening, The Olympic Park, London Underground Station Modernisation Frameworks and most recently, within numerous CrossRail projects and the prestigious Network Rail Frameworks UK wide.
Tom now operates from Solution’s London office assisting Jason Bailey in its long term development. Outside of recruitment, Tom has been working on helping people in Nepal after being caught up in the earthquake in 2015 and continues to promote awareness of the situation on the ground in Nepal.
Tom was approached by Solution to further develop their architectural desk and work alongside Jason Bailey in their new City office.
I have been working within the Civil Engineering, Utility and Rail sectors since 2007 where I have supplied both freelance and permanent white collar staff across the UK. During this time I have taken great pride in providing a first class service to clients and candidates by understanding their needs.
I have built strong relationships and knowledge within this sector and supplied staff on small to large scale projects including; The Olympic Park, Water Utility AMP frameworks and various highways maintenance and motorway construction schemes.
