Visualiser – High-End Interior Design Studio

- Type: Permanent
- Ref: SR-LH25071
I am working exclusively with possibly London’s leading high-end interior design firm, renowned for delivering some of the world’s leading developments and private homes, as well as one off boutique hospitality projects and prime retail space.
Having been established for 25 years within the world of luxury interiors, the founder is now looking to bring the bulk of visualisation in-house, working closely with the team of talented interior designers and clients alike.
The studio itself is truly amazing, and is fully representative of this company’s design style, based in a secluded cul-de-sack in the heart of South West London’s design hub. With a dedicated materials library situated in an open plan environment with the designers, you will never be short of inspiration.
The goal is to offer top-end photo real interior shots for marketing purposes, with a handful of exteriors when required. Unlike other in-house you will not be required to produce fast turnaround sketchy images for design development. The visceral ethos of ‘quality over quantity’ will run true through to the visualisation team, and you can be sure that you will be exposed to some of the most impressive global design schemes from one off ski chalets in the Alps, to private members clubs on the Côte d’Azur.
This position therefore requires someone with the capacity and desire to consistently deliver top quality interior stills, with impeccable attention to detail, while being able to advise the interior designers which specification of materials, textures, furniture and fixtures would best suit each 3D scene.
Coming in as the first visualiser in this business, you will effectively become the head of the department, and with continued growth there will be scope to grow a team over the next six months to a year. Should you take the position, you will also be given the budget to specify your own custom workstation which will be purchased and built, alongside a dual/triple screen setup as you see fit. You will also have access to licences for all the software and plugins you will need (VRay and Corona both welcomed).
A salary will be tailored to attract the right person, who is looking to embed themselves within the world of high-end design, with their work being seen in print and digital media on a global scale. It is therefore preferable if you have demonstrable experience working with a leading visualisation firm, or in a similar in-house capacity.
