A freelance Quantity Surveyor is required for a 18 Month Contract to work Main Contractor side on a £7m, 29 plot residential new build project in Haringey.
The role is working for a medium sized Contractor – T/O circa £75m.
Quantity Surveyors seeking to apply must have residential new build design and Build project exposure – Main Contractor or developer side with affordable housing experience ideally.
