A freelance Quantity Surveyor is required by a medium sized fit out Contractor to join them and looks after projects in the Thames Valley and West London remit – the role available is on going – min 12 months.
The appointed freelance Surveyor will be expected to run projects over £5m in value – they will be Design & Build, shell & core to Cat B projects.
The role will be site based.
