Required by the construction delivery operation of this internationally recognised boutique private members club and hotel chain to re-development a high profile and grand hotel including health & fitness spare set within 100 acres of land in the heart of Oxfordshire.
Our client is looking for a talented and experienced hands on Project Manager with a proven pedigree of delivering high end Interior / heavy refurbishment projects for recognised main contractors on building projects between £5m – £20m in value.
You will be highly personable with attention to detail and sound planning skills. With a strong pipeline of quirky and complex projects they wish to make a long term appointment and can offer the chosen candidate the genuine opportunity to join their senior management team.
Applications from both a trade background ( carpentry ) and graduate background are welcomed from established and committed Project Managers with a minimum of 5 years of running projects as No 1.
