I am currently working with one of the largest house builders in the UK. They build a wide range of properties, from one-and two-bedroom apartments to five bedroom detached houses, with a broad price range including both private and affordable homes.
They are looking for an Internal Finishing Manager to be based in East London. You will be reporting to a site based Project Manager and be responsible for the second phase containing; 300 high spec units, 1 to 3 bedroom apartments.
My client is looking for someone with:
- Three years’ experience in Site Management
- Experience of taking new build units from fix to handover
- London residential experience
This is a permanent position and has four years remaining on the job.
