The Company

My client are an AJ100 Architects practice with success in a number of key sectors including healthcare, science and technology, residential, commercial and master planning. With offices throughout the UK they are looking to expand on their already successful healthcare portfolio and as such are looking for an ambitious individual to be fully responsible for projects from inception to completion with support in place. You will also be working closely with another Director with over 20 years’ experience in the healthcare sector and will actively be involved in maintaining and developing new and existing client relationships. With a team of 45 staff in the London office they are fully Revit and BIM capable working on projects ranging from £2m – £200m in value including acute health, mental health, laboratories, hospitals, A&E, cancer clinics and extra care homes.

The Position

The position is for a Healthcare Architect / Project Architect working across all RIBA work stages. You will be responsible for client facing, running user groups, briefings, feasibility studies, details and onsite coordination. The ideal candidate will have the following skill set:

  • Experience within the healthcare sector and understanding of HBN, ADB, HTM, P21 and NHS procurement
  • Experience job running projects and excellent design ability
  • Understanding of Revit preferable
  • Management experience and the ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload
