They specialise in design and build, maintenance, refurbishment and fit out works for the private and public sectors. As a result of an increasing number of these tender opportunities, the company are looking to enhance their Bid & Tender team with an experienced Bid Writer.
Working as part of a dynamic and experienced team, Bid Writer your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
Collate relevant technical information
Assist with the production of the tender documents
Coordinate material resources to meet submission and specification requirements.
Help build and maintain content and bid templates.
Formulate and write quality bid / tender responses.
Create high-quality, sales and strategically driven proposal documents.
Ensure all proposals produced are aligned with corporate brand guidelines and company bid management standards.
Produce bid presentation material in cooperation with the product/service management teams.
Build, maintain and improve content, templates and information utilised by the wider business.
Track and report on tender outcomes for continual improvement.
Maintain excellent internal business relationships
Work to tight deadlines and targets.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone, who can demonstrate some strong Bid Writing experience gained within the Construction and Infrastructure environments.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate previous Bid Writing experience gained from within the Construction.
The person will be able to demonstrate experience of proactively sourcing technical information, and writing engaging and quality bid/proposal documents. The candidate will have outstanding written and verbal communication skills combines with the ability to work as part of a team or independently.

A basic salary of between £40000-£50000
